Welcome to Holy Priest. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Holy Priest platform, including our website, community features, and any related services (the "Service").
By entering our sanctuary and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the Service immediately.
1. The Covenant (Acceptance of Terms)
By accessing Holy Priest, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country). If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use this Service.
2. Sacred Accounts
- Account Creation: To unlock the full potential of Holy Priest, you may be required to create an account. You must provide valid and truthful information.
Responsibility: Your account is your own. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials.
Protection: If you suspect your "divine" access has been compromised, you must notify the Holy Priest administration immediately.
3. Code of Conduct
All members of the Holy Priest community must adhere to the following rules:
- Respect: Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination against other users will not be tolerated.
Integrity: You may not use cheats, exploits, or third-party software to interfere with the intended experience of the Service.
Purity of Content: Users may not upload malware, viruses, or any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All original artwork, lore, mechanics, logos, and code associated with Holy Priest are the exclusive property of its creators.
User Content: By posting content (comments, fan art, etc.) on our platform, you grant Holy Priest a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote that content within the ecosystem of the project.
5. Offerings and Transactions
- Virtual Goods: Any "offerings" or purchases made within Holy Priest (such as digital items or memberships) are final and non-refundable, except where required by Brazilian consumer law.
Currency: Transactions are processed in the currency displayed to you at checkout.
6. Divine Intervention (Modifications & Termination)
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Suspend or "excommunicate" (ban) users who violate these Terms without prior notice.
Update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of Holy Priest after an update signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Holy Priest is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Service will be online 100% of the time or free of bugs. In no event shall the creators of Holy Priest be liable for any loss of data or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP.
